Fatality to a Farmer.

(Per Press Association.) TIMARU, April 28. The tody of a farmer named Flanders, who had just bought a farm at St. Andrews, was found

this morning on the larm, near a gorae wire fence, shot through the back just below the shoulders. Evidence at the imjjiest showed that deceased was evidently getting! through or over a gap in the ience and his gun went oft. At the place where the body was ' ound lhere was much blood and the gorse on the fence was Wood-stained. The verdict was accidental death from a gunshot wound. Deceased was about 40 years of age, a single man, and had recently worked for Mr Grigg, Lorigbeach.
