(Per Press Association.) WKLLINGTON, April 20. On the implication of Thomas Mitchell, of Wanganui, the Chief Justice, in chambers, to-day made an order] by consent, fixing thu balance due to Edwin George .lellicoe, solicitor, of \Vellin'g>ton, under several bills of costs at JCao. Various bills rendered aggregated Lfil I 17s 11 Id, on account of which Mitchell had paid £:S7U, leaving a balance of X.2 11 17s Ktd. The order provides that payment of the £»<> Khali operate as 'satisfaction of the balance claimed by Jellicoe, and the hitler is direct ed to deliver to Mitchell all' papers documents, ami writings belonging to linn. h
