TWENTY ARRESTS EFFECTED

(Received April 20, 10.21 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, April 20. Twenty arrests have been made in connection with the explosion at the Hotel Nord. (At the Hotel Nord, on the Nevsky Prospect, a terrible and mysterious explosion occurred on the 15th inst., when M. Kaziauioff, supposed to have fceen the son of a State Councillor, was blown to pieces. It is surmised an infernal machine was employed.)
