jiTfiOORDANT FEEL(Received Apr"iT», .10.21 p in > CAPETOWN, April 20. A force of constabulary chased a band of mounted cx->burghers, in the Lydenburg district, arresting seven of their number. The men were engaged on a crusade among the Boers and natives, trying to create disaffection and opposition to British rule.
