FRENCH OFFICERS DISMISSED. PARIS, April 17. Vfce-Admirai Bienatne and RearAdmiral Ravel, in charge of the naval station at Toulon, have been dismissed from the service. This action was taken by the authorities owing to indiscretions'by the officers during the recent campaign against M. Pelletan, Minister for Marine.
