Colonel Mojrclvland, of Faehoda fume, not being included in the mission following General Kuroputkin's operations in the Far Ea'st, has tesigned. ltVta'ns rumoured tlmt the Cabinet was unwilling that he should meet and fraternise with Louis ilionaparte. Tile Cabinet punishes Colonel Murchland with a month's confinement for writing- lo the newspapers and thereafter accepts his resignation.
