ARMY COUPS DISCONTINUED,

The Right Hon. H. O. ArnoldForsler, Secretary of State for War, states that army corps are I" be discontinued. The Army Estimates will henceforth refer to districts, generally corresponding! lo those which Lord' Ks-her's Commission suggested.
