NAVAL MANŒUVRES.
A DESTROYED TAKES THE GROUND.
LONDON, April 14. During manoeuvres at Portsmouth, ihe Torpedo destroyer Teazel" went aground, and will possibly become a yreck. There were no casualties.
A later message states that the Vessel has since been safely docked. (The Tcazer is a vessel of 270 .tons, built in 1895, wiUi a speed of 27 knots on a development of £SOO h.p. (forced draught), carrying six guns. She was acting as a tender to the first-class cruiser Warrior, at Portsmouth, and was commanded by Lieutenant Hy. C. R. Brocklebank.)
