THE RESUMED SITTING. (Received April 14, 1.7 a.m.) MELBOURNE, April 13. The House has resumed the discussion on the Arbitration Bill. Mr Dugald Thomson officially announced that the Opposition was divided on the bill, and the amendment. debate is proceeding. Mr (J. H. Reid has not yet spoken. In the Senate Mr Drake, in a lengthy speech, moved the second reading of the Navigation Hill. The newspapers are already making forecasts regarding a probable .Labour .Ministry.
