Those interested in the volunteering movement should not fail to attend the military bay.aar which opens at the Drill JlaJl this afternoon. Up to a late hour last night a host of workers was busily engaged in putting the finishing touches to the various si alls, some of which nlreaily gave promise of being 1 highly at!raciive. A particularly pleasing feature is flu; supper-room, which has been arranged with ro'ns'ideruble taste, while, the other enticements for the visilor's spare silver are many ami (it is judged) ell'ective. The Carrison Hand is to assist, and Cornwall's lOstudianfiiui Hand has also promised to contribute a choice programme.
