A man, whose name is unknown, attempted to commit suicide at ItoUierliold Hotel stables this morning by cutting his throat. with a penknife. lie was removed to the hospital with a severe wound. DANNEVIRKE, April 12. To-dny the body of Oeorge I 'awson was found in tlie bush near tho sawmill at WVUer. Deceased left Iho mill yesterday morning with a gun, and u wound was found in tlie centre of his chest, When he left the mill l'awson said lie was going to shoot pheasants, lb' is about ;ir> years of aye, and married.
