Plaintiff alleges that property was worth a irreat deal more, and that the transaction was fraudulent against him and he claimed to be allowed to redeem the property. The Chief Justice hud held in tho lower court that tho sale was in accordanco with the public practice so long established that if it was to bo disturbed it must be by the Appeal Court nlnd not, Hy a singjls judge.
