Military Bazaar.
The military bazaar which is to be opened o'ti Thursday 'afternoon promises to be a brilliant success, and will be continued on Friday and Saturday , in the Drill Hall. Tin.. Ut. lion. li. .1, Sedvlon, Minister for Science, has signilied his intention of being present. The .Mayoress (Mrs Cock) and the krdies' committee have spared neither time nor trouble in getting tilings ready, and they have carried out their part in a thoroug-h manner, 'hie supper-room has been titled up with a stage, and good seating accommodation, ami the competitions are to be held there. The comic singing and the dancingcompetition has attracted the best talent in the district. Besides competitions a musical programme will be gone through each evening, ut which leading and popular talent will take pari. As our citizen soldiers are so popular with the townspeople -Hie result of the bazaar should be most successful, and deservedly so.
