THIBETAN'S ABANDON A GOOD POSITION. • (Received April IJ, 0.59 a.m.) LONDON, April 11. After a sharp encounter with a lew mounted troops the ThrtVhans abandoned their i>ositiun south of Kan-gma,' which could only otherwise have been taken by a frontal attack consisting as it d-itl of a heavy stone wall crossing a valley awl connected with seventeen saugars stretching eastwards up the bills> It is reported that three thousand natives are occupying a post five miles south of Gyang-tse.
