Railway Service Changes.
(Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, April 7. The following changes in tho railnay service are announced Mr W. 11. Cran, chief traffic manager for the colony, retires from the service Oil the 25t'h April, through ill-health ind will Ijo succeeded by Mr Buxton, traffic manager at Auckland, whose place will ho taken by Mr Waito, i runic manager nt Christchurch. Mr Whitconibe, traffic manager at. Wajiganui, will fill tho vacancy at Christchurch, and will ho succeeded by Mr Slringleman, relieving traffic •nnnagnr.
