OPENING OF THE INQUIRY. BRISBANE, April (i. An inquiry into the. mishap to the Aramac has been opened. Captain Butcher stated that be could only attribute the accident to some phenomenal current Inning affected the vessel while steering westward, setting her on to the end of the Break-sea Spit. He admitted that the otlicer on the bridge should have seen the spit earliei than he did.
