A Gold Dredge Adrift.
(Per I'ress Association.) DUNEDIN, April 5. As the dredge which formerly belonged to the Fourteen Mile Beach Co. was being taken down tho river she struck on a rock and sank. The crew all got clear, and managed to save most of their tools. All th« housing and most of the framing was washed away with tho first flood. The pontoons may float oP and become a danger to dredges lower down. "
