THE KAISER.
ENTERTAINS KING OF ITALY. (Received March 29, 0.23 a.m.) HOME, March 28. TV King of Italy, in toasting ..the Kaiser at lunch aboard the German Imperial yacht Hohenzollern, said the Triple Alliance had heretofore been the strongest safeguard of European peace. Emperor William, in responding, emphasised the vitality of the alliance, and commented upon the line Italian fleet, the flag of which was unfurled along with the German.
