DOCKERS' STRIKE.
MARSEILLES DEADLOCK RENEWED. (Received March 28, 10.12 p.m.) PARIS, March 28. The dockers' strike at Marseilles ' has been renewed, In consequence of a unionist, arrested on a charge of insulting the police, not being released. The mail steamer Artiada was unable to discharge or coal owing to the strike, and proceeded to Gibraltar to coal.
