CREATES A SENSATION ON THE CONTINENT. STRICTURES ON FRANCE. (Received March 22, 9.58 p.m.) PARIS, March 22. The remarks made by the Pope on France have made a great sensation on the Continent, the tone adopted being considered haughty and of unwonted severity. It is expected that the President, M. Loubet, will postpone his visit to Rome.
