SELLING PLANS TO JAPAN. ST. PETERSBURG, March 21. Captain Irekoft was executed at St, Petersburg for selling army organisation plans to Japan ; also Dr. Gershun for instigating the assassination of M. Sipiaguine, late Russian Minister of the Interior.
