THE GERMAN NAVY.
TROUBLES OF THE KAISER'S March 21. Many hawsers were cut, itud equipment was thrown overboard from the German cruiser Medusa at Kiel. This is reported to have been done by members of the crew, who were actuated by a feeling of resentment against their superiors, owing to the harsb treatment they were subjected to.
