(I'er Press Association.) WKLLIXOTON, March 22. In the Appeal Court this afternoon. judgment was reserved in the Wellington case in re the Maddo.x. Metropolitan Chemical and Manufacturing Company, in liquidation, now being argued. This is an appeal from the decision of Mr Justice Cooper upon questions arising in the course of the liquidation of Ihe company, in which the validity of a security held le> tln* guarantors of the bank overdraft of the company and other matters are involved.
