WELLINGTON AND MAXAWVTU LTXE. ■{Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 19. The directors of the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company, in their report for the year ending Feb. 29th, state that the gross earnings of the railway were £122,1R2; being nearly £II,OOO greater than last year. Land was sold during the year to the value of £'Mjl. Receipts for the year were £100.121, oi which trallic contributed £123.27r>. The expenditure was 11.",1.3-12, including trallic £3M.2o'j, debenture inler.-st £3-l,n(lO, dividend and bonus £27, | IH'J, stores £2.">.U2. rolling stock and machinery £13..'',27, rates and taxes £.7153.
