WIDESPREAD REGRET AT HIS DEATH. (Received March 20, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON', March 19. Widespread regret is expressed at the death of the Duke of Cambridge. Hundreds of telegrams of condolence have been received, including messages from provincial and continental cities.
