The failure of Sully is announced in the New York Cotton Exchange, bully s loss during the ju\si ten days is estimated at live million dollars. Another estimate gives a million and a half dollars in .May. The suspension came as a staggering blow to the Cotton Exchange, and was a smasher for the wheat I market, while stocks were depressed. I Frantic excitement, was caused in New York and New Orleans, cotton going from 62 to 196 points down. LONDON, March 19. The Daily Mail states that Sully's liabilities are estimated at two million gtcrling.
