Three crews to enter or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Objections with (lualiiieations of a competitor shall bo made in writing to the Secretary at the earliest mopracticable. No protest or objection shall lie entertained unless placed m tire hands of the .Secretary within ,18 hours lifter the (lay of the K<vitta.
