LONDON, .March 10. Mr Justice Channell dismissed a proposal by a limited company registered in tho Transvaal against the assessment in London of its entire profits for income lax. Tin- Commissioners for Taxation contended that the; company was resident in London and its affairs were exclusively governed thence.
