LONDON', March 9. In the arsenical beer case, Rostock versus Nicholson and Sons, chemical manufacturers, Mr Justice Bruce, in the King's Bench Division of the High Court, awarded plaintiffs £7OOO damages in respect of impure sulphuric acid supplied to plaintiffs, but he held that defendants were not liable for claims by tho brewer.
