A splendid selection of cross-/ breds was most keenly competed lor. Medium and line sold sold nt prices equal to the best rates at the January sales, and coai'Si* sorts showed a live per cent, advance. A poor selection of merinos induced moderate competition, best being lirm and inferior soi'ts showing a live per cent, decline on tho <1 amiary rntes. American nuyera uro operating in crossbreds.
