CHURCHES AND THE CHINESE, CAPETOWN, March 7. The Non-Conformist churches In Johannesburg have adopted a resolution strongly deprecating the agitation in England against Chinese labour, considering the conditions of lubour are voluntary and similar to those long prevalent in South Africa The resolution urges the Free Church Council in England to limit its eflorts to securing perfect freedom for Christum work among the Chinese.
