SENSATION IN ENGLISH CHANNEL FLEET, LONDON, March 7. A sensation lias been caused throughout the Channel Fleet, which is at Lisbon, through the loss of a signal book belonging to the battleship I'rince Ueorge. Several arrests are pending us the result of un inuuiry, which went to show that the hook was possibly thrown overboard.
