CONDITIONS, riiree crews to enter or no second prize. All races to sturt punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the pjroper time sJiall be liable to disqualification for that event. Objections with qualifications of a competitor shall be made in writing to the Secretary at the earliest monieiit practicable. No protest or objection shall be- entertained unless placed in the hands of the Secretary within 48 hours after the day of the Regatta. A deposit of 10s must accomjiany each protest, which sum may be forfeited if tho protest 1b not upheld by the Committee. Entrance fee 5 per cent, of the total amount of pi-fee monoy offerod for each event. Names, weights of competitors (incluiHiig substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at time of entry. All jiost entries (to close on Regatta day at 12 noon.) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of iirst prize. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone nny or all of the events, and add any regulations which in tlw-ir opinion (nay be necessary.
