CONDITIONS. 'Hireo crows to enter or no second prize. All races to stmt punctually ut advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the p;roper time Khali be liable to dis«pialilication lor that event. Objections with qualifications of a competitor shall be made in writing to the Secretary ut the earliest moment practicable. No protest or objection Khali be entertained unless placed in the hands of the Secretary within 48 hours after Uio day of the Regatta. A deposit of 10s must accompany each protest, which sum may be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance fee ~> per cent, of the total amount of prize money offered for each event. N.tmes, weights of competitors (including- substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be loilged at time of entry. All post entries (to close on Regatta <lay at VJ. noon) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of first prize. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone uny or ull of the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion may be necessaiy. Entries for the Four-Oar, Pair-Oar and Single Sculls close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall, Uaiuua. on THURSDAY, March 10, at H.IiU p.m. Entries for all Whale-boat Races close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, March 17th, at 8 p.m. Al«o for Swimming Handicap Race. Rand in attendance. Special and delayed trains will be arranged to suit visitors. THE ANNUAL RECATTA DANCE will be held in St. John's Hall on Regutta night, (iood music ; supper provi'dud. H.
