DEMARCATION OF RAROrSIy. LAND. LONDON, March 2. Arbitration is now proceeding between Great Hrituin and Portugal in regard to the Hurolso Land. It involves (he ownership of seventyfive thousand square miles west of the Upper Zambesi country. Gr.;at Hrituin contends thai the territory up to the twentieth parallel is uu-" dor the rule of Sowinakn, the paramount chief, while Portugal contends that the Harotse Kingdom does not. extend westward of the Zambesi. The respective cases have been forwarded to the King of Ituly, who will net as arbitrator.
