All races to start punctually at advertised lime. Any boat not at the starting point at the jumper time shall be liable to dis'o,uuli(ication for that event. Objections with ipialilications of a competitor shall be made in writing to the Secretary at the earliest moment practicable. No protest or objection shall be entertained unless placed in the hands of the Secretary within -18 hours after the day of the Regatta. A deposit of 10» must accompany each protest, which sum may be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. F.ntrance fee 5 per cent, of the total amount of prize money offered for each event. Names, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodired at time of entry. All post entries (to close on Regatta day at 12 noon.) will bo charged :> jici- cent, on amount of lirst prize. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter tho order or postpone any or nil of the events, and add any regulations which in' their o|>inion may be necessary.
