The .Supreme Court sessions in New I'lyinouth commence this morning before his Honour Mr Justice Edwards. The calendar is not a very lengthy one, and is as follows : CRIMINAL. Hex v. Leonard Hutton, homicide, ill- Kerr for the Crown, Mr Samuel for the defence. CIVIL CASES, Kelsey v. Steele.—Air Quilliam for plnintilf. Before the Judge alone— Public. Trustee v. Humphries.—Air Kej-r for the Trustee, and Air Myers for the defendant. Before the Judge and jury of fourBessie Fleming v. Robert Spence.— Mr Jellicoe for the plaintiff, Mr Myers for (he defendant. DIVORCE. Dew v. Dew.-Mr Samuel for petitioner, Godfrey v. Godfrey— Mr Foy for petitioner. Veale v. Vealo.—Mr Fov for petitioner. APPEALS. Police v. Dbig, street-belting.— Mr Kerr for the police, Mr Wilford for the appellant. MISCELLANEOIS. A" application to vest unclaimed and, section 2U7, New Plymouth, in he Public Trustee ; Mr Kerr making the application. Hannah v. Iturke.-An interpleader summons. Spence v. Fleming.-A motion for a writ of prohibition.
