A DENIAL. (Received MnVrh 1. l.<i a.m.) MF.LHOI'RNE, Feb. 29. Mr Ileakin, Federal I'remier, ratIpliatically denies the rumour, in connection with the re-opening of Parliament, ot a secret agreement between the Uovernment and the Labour Party.
