Maori Warrior's Funeral.
(Per Press Association.) tIISBORNE. Feb. 21. A big military fimeriel was tonday givm to the reinaiiis of a prominent chieftain, Ruka Aialapu. l'he body was iirterml in the old Maori burial ground rear town, and there was a very large attendance of townspeople. Anions those pre.n-nl were Hon. .). Carroll ami \.\ I I'eiv, M.H.R., Judge Jones, and M'ajor (.'. 11. Pitt. A message of condolence was received from the Pleader. The proceedings weie very impressive.
