'1 he latUv is said to provide an alternative weekly service. The Cabinet cooyrders the tenders to-day. (Received Feb. 18, 0.59 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Feb. 17. The Cabinet -has decided not to ac~ cofit either of the mail tenders. The Postmastor-tSeneral now makes I'urther inquiries, and is not limited to obtaining tenders, lie will report to the Cabinet.
