Inspectors' Conference.

(Per Press A-.sociation.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 11. At the Inspectors' Conference this morning the scholarship conditions were considered. It was resolved that one examination for the National and Education Board Scholarships is inadvisar i'e, and that no change be made in the distribution of junior national scholarships ; that senior national scholar.sh ps be open to all candidates under nineteen, and all junior national scholarships be allotted to districts OH a population basis.
