Any boat not at the starting point, at the piroper time shall be liable to diisquulilication for that event.. Objections with qimlilications of a competitor shall he made in writing to the Secretary at the earliest moment practicable. No protest or objection fjluill be entertained nil less placed in the hands of the Secretary within 48 horn's after the day of the Regatta. A deposit of 10s must accompany each protest, which sum may be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance l'ee 5 per cent, of the total amount of ]>!ri-ze money ofTertd for each event. Names, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at tiime of entry. All post entries (to close on Regatta daj at 12 noon) will be charged 5 per crtvt. on amount of lirst prize. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or all of tile events and add any regulations which in their opinion may be necessary. Entries for t-lie Four-Oar, Pair-Oar and Single Sculls close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Ilall, Waitara, on THURSDAY, March lo' at 8.30 p.m. Entries for all W'lmleboat Races close with the Secretary at the foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, March lit'b, at 8 p.m. Also for Swimming Handicap Race.
