All races to start punctually at advcrtisocl time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Objections with qualifications of a competitor' shall be made in writing to the Secretary at the earliest moment practicable. No protest or objection shall bo entertained unless placed in the hands of the Secretary within 48 hours after the day of the Regatta. A deposit of 10s must accompany each protest, which sum may be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance tee 5 per cent, of the total amount of ptrrze money offered for each event. Names, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colours to l>c worn, must be lodged at time of entry. All post entries (to close on Regatta day at 12 noon) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of lirst prize, The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or ail of the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion may lie necessary. Entries for the Four-Oar, Pair-Oar and Single Sculls close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall Wattara, on THURSDAY, March 10 at 8.30 p.m. Entries for all WlratalHmt Races close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, March 17* hj, at 8 p.m. Also for Swimming Handicap Race.
