A New Bridge.

(Per Press Association.) WOODVILLE, Feb. 9. Woodville was en fete to-day for the opening of Hie Ballanco' gorge hndge and the new post office. Tiia I rentier and Sir Joseph Ward were present. At the bridge opening the f remier gave a happy speech in which he referred to the great progress- the district had made-durimr the last ten years, aawl congratulated the people of Ballance amd Woodville on the success of their efforts to get the bridge. Miss Sodxton cut a ribbon and declared the bridge open A fcoiHjuot was afterwards tendered to the Ministers.
