Uiabilit|ied in the estate of Wadcy and Newlow aiKounted to over iiOOO, but it aiii/earod that until Sept. !>th Inst W-aidi-y was a minor, and I\ewlove still is a minor, consa.J.iiently the liabilities contracted prior to the ilth Sept. are not being lecogn-iHcd, and Newlovc cannot be declared a bankrupt. The position is very delicate, as if the Assignee sells the stocJs Newlove may demand his share of it. New.lo.ve'B solicitor would -not gi\-o an undertaking as to tke position Newlove would take up as a claimiant, Hut agreed to tke assignee realising the stock. The creditors passed a resolution that a ptitoJic examination bo held.
