NQTICE is herebj given tHat at special mftetinjj of the (New Plymouth Borough Council will \e hold in the Council Chambers, King -Street, New Plymouth, on the 15th day of February, 1904, at 7.30 p.m., for the purpose of confirming! a resolution passed by the Council on the 11th day of Januarv, 1004 ordaining and making "The Abattoir By-laws" for the Borough of Ne» Plymouth, such by-laws to come into operation and force on the 24th day of 'February, 1904, and also that the objects of such by-laws are : (a) Appointment of manager and detailing his duties. (b) The restricting of visitors to the Abattoir. (c) As to the slaughtering and dressing of stock. (d) As to the removal of offal. (e) Appointing hours for removal of meat, &c.
