(Received Feb. 4, 10.52 p.m.) NEW YORK. Vtfj. a. The Chicago grain markets are active, antd a marked advance has occuned in cereals, due to Armour's manipulation. Southern 'buying, and Uio apparent imminence of war in the Far East. The Corn Exchange occasionally showed signs of a panic.
