The Levels Estate.

'Vhi\ as well tin tlie field work are nearing completion, and it is hoped that all the necessary particulars ijor (advertisements und pamphlets will be ready by the end of .Wis week. 'Hie clearing sale will be. held on March 24th and 25th, and if possj, (!e. the ballot will take place a week previously, so as to give successful applicants an opportunity to purchase stock. The estate lias been subdivided into two stnall grazing runs of about 2000 acres each (these being The Brothers block north of the Tengawai), 130 farms of from 40 to 800 acres, and seven small allotments of from live to ten acres neur the Levels railway station, suitable for workmen's homes. Already a large number of intending applicants havo vieited the estate, and a large number of applications are anticipated. The estate has not yet be-'n formally banded over to the (iovernment, and tho company takes exception to persons going over the property before tho laird is advertised. The Commissioner advises all intending applicants to refrain from visitthe estfvte until th<(,niaps and plans are available.
