MELBOURNE. Jan. 11. There are many rumours of probable developments on the meeting of the Federal Parliament. It is exliected that the Right Hon. G. H. Reid, leader of the Opposition, will move,an amendment to the Address-in-Reply in order to deline partiesThere is much speculation as lo tho Right Hon. C. C. Kingston's attitude, und the possibility of his Hiding! I'he Ltiboiir-Raclicaicombin-ation. Other combinations, including the Reid-Kingston sections, am talkid allout. The Government will make a l;i:-d for the Labour support, by re-introducing the Navigation and Arbitration Bills.
