New Plymouth is »n Kleai holiday resort, as has been repeatedly pointed out, but the people here have been strangely Inactive in the matter of advertising their natural resources and beauties. This project of a huge summer carnival is one that will do much to give the town the advertisement it undoubtedly Renin's.
